Niska Day Parade
ByThe Grade 4 had a beautiful day for marching in the Niska Day parade. Garth did a great job as Pipe Major his first time out. I think there was some grumbling at the end when we played through a set 3 times but it made a nice finish as that was the biggest crowd and the reviewing stand. Ron and Jenny put on a nice spread in their backyard so we could all relax and refuel.
Thanks Martin. I guess I learned something about how slow boy scouts can march when approaching the reviewing stand. Thanks also to Ron and Jenny for putting on a wonderful lunch after the parade.
