The rain held off but the sweat did not. We found a nice spot under the trees and our tent and we survived the sun. While neither band placed we did okay and will be gearing up for the next competition.

One of our young pipers was chosen to lead the clans around the field to join up with the massed bands. Here is a very short clip of 3 versions of Scotland the Brave.

9 bands competed in the MSR event on a warm humid day with rain threatening most of the day.

The band is happy with the early season results and looking forward to our next event at the Round Hill Games.
